Refund policy

At Westin Chocolate, quality is our priority. Every box of chocolate is crafted and packed with utmost care.

  • No Returns – Due to the perishable nature of chocolates, we cannot accept returns once delivered.
  • Damaged / Melted / Wrong Product – If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at westinchocolates@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.
  • Replacement (if applicable) will be delivered to within 3-7 business days. 
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
